SelectHomeGear is an online retailer selling genuine iRobot robot vacuums and mops and the replacement parts that go with them. We are not the manufacturer and we are not an authorised dealer — we buy genuine stock and resell it, which is why our prices sit below regular retail and why delivery takes longer than a manufacturer's own store.

What we sell
Every item we list is a genuine iRobot product. The manufacturer part number is printed on each product page under Specifications so you can verify the exact model before you order, and check it against the label on your own machine when you are buying a replacement part.

How our pricing works
We list one price per item. We do not show a crossed-out “was” price or a percentage-off badge, because we have never charged a higher price for these items — a reference price is only honest if the shop actually sold at it. The price you see is simply our price.

Delivery and returns in short
Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

Warranty
We provide a 12-month guarantee against defects on everything we sell, administered by us. We are not an authorised service centre for iRobot Corporation, so a manufacturer warranty claim is a matter between you and the manufacturer and may depend on their own terms for the unit.
