Every order is sent with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Our prices are below regular retail because stock is sourced as it becomes available, so delivery takes longer than next-day retail shipping. That trade-off is the reason for the price.

If an order is going to take longer than 10 business days, we email you before it ships so you can decide whether to wait or cancel.

Shipping cost

Order changes and wrong addresses
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, or if you entered the wrong address. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address.

Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can push delivery past the 7–10 business day window. We keep you updated by email when that happens.

Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

Refund policy
30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included.

How to start a return
Email us at support@selecthomegear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund you in full, and you are not charged return shipping.

Items we cannot accept back
•    Items that have been used, or returned without their original packaging and accessories
•    Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
•    Opened consumables — filters, pads, brushes and cleaning solution — which count as used under the rule above
